20 units in a duplex arrangement will occupy a pristine ocean front promontory just north of Georgetown’s Seven Mile Beach. As much as we’d love to make site visits, alas, the completion of schematic design will have to do. Burns Conolly, a local Cayman Islands architectural firm, will complete the working drawings.
A man-made sand promenade will be added along the waterfront coral outcroppings for barefoot ocean-view strolls.
