Seamless Addition to 1920 Craftsman
Sometimes you realize that your kitchen is the center of your house, and it’s the tiniest room in the house—and you just say, enough!
The Before
The kitchen was too small and a new Master Bedroom was needed.
The After
Space was added to house a bigger kitchen, mud room, and bathroom on the first floor, as well as a Master Bedroom Suite on the second floor. A screen porch and deck enhance the interior-exterior relationship.
Friends now remark that they can’t tell where the addition is.
The Kitchen
White kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances and wood floor complement the two-level oak island which was inspired by the owner’s antique collection.
Screen Porch
An added screen porch extends the living area to the outside and creates a nice transition to the deck.
